Laurens Commission of Public Works is proud to offer a free account management tool for utility service customers: SmartHub. SmartHub provides the convenience and peace of mind of being able to access your account information any time – day or night.

Utility Usage & Consumption

Within the SmartHub portal, customers can view their current and historic usage. With the ability to compare usage, customers can readily identify any issues with increased consumption or fluctuations in usage.

 
Utility Service Billing

SmartHub provides views of historic billing history and allows you to pay your bill online, too. You can change your billing preferences and sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing as well.
