How to Sign Up for Paperless Billing
If you are not currently signed up for online account access with SmartHub:
- Sign up for a new online account through SmartHub. Then complete the information required for a "New User."
- Log into your SmartHub account, click on "My Profile" in the top menu, then select "Update My Printed Bill Settings." Select "Turn off Printed Bills" and choose "Yes" to confirm.
If you have an existing online account with SmartHub:
- Log into your online SmartHub account, select "My Profile" in the top menu, and then select "Update My Printed Bill Settings." Click on "Turn off Printed Bills" and choose "Yes" to confirm.
