Community Change

The Laurens Commission of Public Works is pleased to offer Community Change, a program to help families and individuals in need in and around Laurens.

Each month the water, electric, sewer, and natural gas utility bills of participating customers are rounded up to the next dollar. Participants' monthly donations can range from one penny up to 99 cents per month and usually average only six dollars per year.

All of the money collected is given to local charities to meet the needs of our Laurens neighbors. Together we can improve the lives of those in our community. Stop by our office at 212 Church Street to sign up to participate.
