Payment Options

Laurens Commission of Public Works offers a variety of options to pay your bill. You can call, make an online payment, have your account drafted, pay with your credit card, or pay via mail.

Pay Your Utility Bill by Phone
You can pay your utility bill by phone any time of day by calling 1-855-939-3684. You will need your Laurens CPW account number and a credit or debit card.

Online Payments
To pay online, click Account Login and access your Laurens CPW SmartHub account. In addition to paying your bill, you can view your account history, check meter readings, and discover valuable programs to reduce your utility bill.

Bank Draft
If you choose the bank draft option, your monthly utility bill is automatically drafted from your checking account. You can rest assured that your bills will be paid on time without the trouble of writing a check and mailing it to Laurens CPW.

Credit Card
You can use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card to pay your monthly Laurens CPW bill. This is a great alternative, especially if your card awards you points for purchases! You may pay using your card in our office, online, or by authorizing Laurens CPW to automatically charge your credit card each month.

By Mail
For payments by mail, tear off the coupon at the bottom of your statement, complete the appropriate fields, and mail it using the provided, preprinted return envelope.
