The Balanced Payment Plan estimates your utility bill over a 12-month period. For 11 months, you will pay the same estimated amount each month. In the twelfth month, Laurens CPW will either bill you or refund you the difference between what you were charged and your actual use. Throughout the year, Laurens CPW will continue to read your meter monthly, so you can keep track of your usage.

Since your monthly bill will be consistent for 11 months out of the year, you can choose to have Laurens CPW automatically draft payments for even more convenience!
