Transferring Residential Services: Lease/ Rent

To transfer service from one active account to another, customer must provide Residential Requirements for Lease/Rent. If there is a past due amount, it must be paid before the services can be transferred. All customers must sign a new service application.

Deposits are based on a credit report. However, an additional deposit may apply if the customer has not maintained a satisfactory payment history or if the current deposit is not adequate for the account to which they are transferring.
