About Laurens CPW
Since the 1920s, Laurens Commission of Public Works has provided utility services in and around Laurens, South Carolina. Today, we are proud to deliver reliable public utilities including electrical, water, wastewater, and natural gas with superior customer service.
Our leadership team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Laurens CPW.
Laurens CPW is governed by an elected Board of Commissioners that sets policies for the organization, approves budgets, sets rates, and provides operational oversight.
We are rooted in providing exceptional service - both in terms of the utilities services we provide and customer engagement and response. We also recognize the responsibility we have as members of this community to foster local groups and organizations.
Laurens CPW had its start in the 1920s with water service and added natural gas utility service in the 1950s to offer a complete four-utility solution for customers.
Laurens CPW publishes any needs for services and/or equipment to grow and maintain our operations.
