Start/ Stop Service

Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Name, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number
  • State issued photo identification card
  • Tax ID number, if applicable
  • Address of the property to receive service
  • Mailing address
  • Email address (optional)
  • Daytime, Evening, and Mobile phone numbers
  • Date service is expected to begin
  • utility deposit may also be required to establish service.

 Residential Service Setup

You will be asked to complete an application for service. Identification will be required and you may apply for service 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 Same day service is available for an additional fee.

Same day service is available for an additional fee, if application is completed by 4:00 PM.


 Discontinuing Your Service

When you wish to have your services turned off, please call 864.681.4300 during business hours. Disconnection of service will be completed next business day.
