Roofing: Single-ply, ballasted Firestone EPDM roof with rigid insulation. 15 year extended warranty. Exterior: Six-inch thick precast concrete wall panels with two inches of sandwiched insulation. Exterior of all walls stained with Modac concrete stain. Glass storefront entrance. Personnel doors. Dock Doors: Four (4) 9 ft. x 10 ft. dock height doors and one (1) 12 x 14 grade level door. The shell buildings at Hunter Industrial Park are a joint development effort of the Laurens Commission of Public Works, the city of Laurens, Laurens County, the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce, and The Gilbert Group.
