Ray Craft, natural gas superintendent, has worked for the Laurens Commission of Public Works since 1976.
He says, "Being part of this team gives me a chance to try to better the quality and reliability of our services for
our community. Our teamwork has helped us to make lasting friendships between co-workers and the people of Laurens County."

Craft's wife, Jan, is a schoolteacher and they have two children: Sarah and Taylor.
They are members of First Baptist Church in Laurens where Craft teaches Sunday school. He also enjoys watching USC's football and
basketball teams, working in his garden and eating seafood.
