Here's how it works: Each month the utility bills of participating customers are rounded up to the next dollar.
Participants' monthly donations can range from one penny to ninety-nine cents per month and usually
average only six dollars per year.
All of the money collected is given to local charities to administer. The money will stay in Laurens to help
our neighbors in need.
